I don't expect the Saudis to change their culture, and nor would I pressure them to. I think there are disadvantages (and also advantages) to how they handle things.
My chief concerns would religious freedom in the country and human rights for homosexuals. Kick them out of the country if you must, but certainly don't behead them.

I think I made a comment here about how it's immoral and dumb to believe that God told Adam and Eve's kids to have sex with their brothers and sisters, which is incest, and how it's also immoral to believe with certainty that which you haven't proved and force other people to act accordingly to those unproven beliefs... but it may have been deleted.
