She finished 12th or 13th in the semi-final and was picked as the jury's wild card pick. If it was straight "best ten finishers" voting, she wouldn't have even made it to the final.

My comment was a reply to ricardofreitasl who said that Sweden finished in the Top-3 of the semi-finals. They finished 18th, of course, but that was on the main final, not in the semifinal
